All our products are bespoke and individually made to order, tailored to your requirements. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect choices. Refunds or replacements are only provided if goods arrive faulty, damaged, or clearly show evidence of poor workmanship or manufacturing flaws.
