There are three main materials to choose from.

ACM (Aluminium Composite Material) is 3mm thick and has a plastic core with a thin layer of aluminium on the front and back. This material is very stable, ideal for outside use, and can be used for indoor signs too.

Foam PVC is 5mm thick and can be used for exterior and interior signs. However, it isn't as robust as ACM and more prone to being effected by UV and cold weather.

Corrugated Plastic is 4mm thick and the weakest of the three materials. It is more suited for use for temporary and promotional signs. Once it has folded along one if it's flutes it looses all structural strength.
