All our products are bespoke and individually made to order, tailored to your requirements. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect choices. Refunds or replacements are only provided if goods arrive faulty, damaged, or clearly show evidence of poor workmanship or manufacturing flaws.
Online payments are securely processed by our payment gateway, Stripe.
Card details are not handled by our server, and cannot be stored by us. Both our website and any information transmitted between your web browser and Stripe uses modern security and cryptography (TLS 1.2+) to protect your details and payment information.
