Prices are per sheet and exclude VAT. Scanning includes an emailed digital file. Larger batches and plans with heavy ink coverage are quoted separately.

SCANNING ORIGINALS & PRINTING COPIES

Bring your paper plans, up to A0, to us for scanning. We can email you a digital file, print copies, or provide both. When copying a paper original, we charge the scanning fee once per original, plus the printing price for each copy.

For example, an A1 original scanned and printed once in black and white costs £7.00 excluding VAT (£4.50 scanning + £2.50 printing). Each additional A1 black and white copy is £2.50 excluding VAT.

HOW TO ORDER

Email digital plans to enquiry@sema4graphics.co.uk with the size, number of copies and whether you need black and white or colour. PDF files are preferred. Tell us the required scale and whether you need enlargement or reduction; resizing changes the scale.

For scanning and copying, bring your originals to Sema4 Graphics, 10 Salter Street, Berkeley, Gloucestershire, GL13 9DB. Please contact us first about fragile or damaged originals, larger batches or a particular deadline so we can confirm suitability and turnaround.
